The Pro-Tec Equipment Standard High Clearance Arch is designed to allow enough clearance for large diameter pipe vaults, boring pits and other applications.

Maximum Vertical Pipe Clearance

Pro-Tec Equipment’s Ultra High Clearance Arch is designed for those projects that require maximum vertical pipe clearance. The Ultra High Clearance Arch is designed to incorporate two stacked trench shields (the top shield inverted) to achieve the desired clearance.

• Provides 14 feet of vertical clearance when using a 10’ tall bottom shield
• Provides 12 feet of vertical clearance when using an 8’ tall bottom shield
• Designed to fit 8 and 10 foot tall Pro 6 and Pro 8 trench shields
• Full range of bolt-on extension to provide up to 20’ of internal width

Extra Clearance Using Light-Weight Trench Shields

The Pro-Tec Equipment Pipeline High Clearance Arch is designed to allow enough clearance for large diameter pipe vaults, boring pits, as well as providing pipeline crews with the desired amount of clearance to work on joints, all while using our Pal3, 8′ tall trench boxes, keeping the overall weight of the system to an absolute minimum.

• Provides 6 feet (72″) of vertical clearance when used on an 8’ tall trench shield
• Designed to fit 8′ tall Pal-3 Trench Shields
• Full range of bolt-on extensions to provide up to 12’ of internal width

Pipeline (Pal) High Clearance Arch

Extra Clearance While Keeping Weight Down

Designed to use the same extensions as the Pipeline High Clearance Arch, the Pro-Tec Equipment Aluminum High Clearance Arch enables enough vertical clear for large diameter structures while still keeping the overall system weight manageable. The Aluminum High Clearance Arch is able to be used on Pro-Tec Equipment ATS and MOD Systems.
